Amberjack with Radishes and Basil

I made this with tilapia instead of amberjack–both lean, white-meat fish–and served it with rice. It turned out so well that it had people licking their plates after they’d finished it, not to mention that it was quite inexpensive and quick to make! Great dish for most occasions!
